Svalbard was my 10th trip with Backcountry Journeys. I have to say that I was a little apprehensive about being on a boat in possibly rough seas, because in that situation I tend to puke like a girl scout that ate all of her Halloween candy in one sitting. Fortunately we had great seas and good weather. Most of the time. On the last day of travel it got pretty rough and I hurled violently.

Such is life. The trip was a complete success. Our encounters with the largest and deadliest bears on the planet were extraordinary. I took my drone and got some excellent drone footage also. Would I do it again? I think I've checked that box and I'm off to other adventures, but it was fabulous and if the box were still unchecked, I would definitely do it.
